1. Speaking/ Communicating
First issue I want to improve about myself is speaking and communicating with people. I have to admit I'm not the easily person to talk to about showing sympathy to other people.
I do not know how to show a simple sympathy and I can be easily mistaken as a rude and heartless type of person. I
TO IMPROVE : I will work on my communication skill and be more approachable type of person when it comes to showing sympathetic emotions towards to other people. I'm not saying it will happen anytime soon but I will try best to be that kind of person now.
2. Adapting with new people
Just like my communication skills, adapting to new people can be really hard for me to do so as well. Let along trying to make friends with strangers.
Sometimes I just do not know how to approach people and it ends up I will sound so awkward just making small talk to people.
TO IMPROVE : I want to improve on how I interact and not make any awkward open-end conversation. It takes time for me to get use to new people around me but eventually I think I will make sure I will improve that about me in the near future.
3. Daily Routine
This is one of my not so secret quality of mine, I am the queen of procrastination to the point that I wasted a lot of my days not doing absolutely nothing at all.
TO IMPROVE : Basically I just want my daily routine be more productive rather than just being lazy or putting off things.
4. My insecurity
Sometimes I let my insecurities gets to me that I just look down on myself and feel so negative about my current situation.
TO IMPROVE : I wish I could just embrace my insecurity and be fearless about who am I. I want to improve my outlook about my life and I should just embrace what I have and who I became.
5. My health
I have been talking about this through out my blog over and over again, and it seems that I always repeat myself that I will improve my health but it never really happened.
TO IMPROVE : Hopefully I am more determined this year and be health for myself and my future self will thank me for taking those actions. I want to be more active in my daily life and improve my health.
6. Expressing my gratitude
Expressing myself to people sometimes can be hard to do specially with my kind of personality, it really takes a while for me to show my gratitude to people. So when I do feel some gratitude toward to somebody I tend to be more on the quite side and just do not express it at all. Most of the time, its too late for me to say to people about how I appreciate them in my life.
IMPROVE : From now on I will improve that about me and show my appreciation to people; small or big gesture will be made.
7. Cooking Skill
Yes when it comes to cooking I'm not much of cook even basic cutting I struggle a lot and frying food makes me hates cooking because of the hot oil goes to my skin. I hate that feeling.
TO IMPROVE : I will promise to start learning how to cook basic things such as boiling a pasta or boiling a soft boiled egg. Just have that wifey material in me. I do wish that someday I could cook a full course dinner meal to my chinito bear to eat and tell me I did a good job on cooking a meal for him.
8. Handwriting
Lately, I have been watching a lot of calligraphy video clips in youtube and sometimes in instagram and obviously I envy those people who can write so neatly and in just one stroke they make it so easy to do. I only know basic handwriting.
TO IMPROVE : I have been practicing different kind of ways to write different kind of letter. To Uppercase to lowercase and fun misshape handwriting. Maybe one day, I will be able to show you guys my calligraphy when I get to the point I'm very skilled about it.
9. My attitude
Usually when people are being so unreasonable and my reaction to them will be; I'm not going to deny it but I can be so hot-heated type of person. I need to find ways to calm down myself when I need to be. Most of the time, I have a hard time calming myself after a frustrating situation and sometimes it lingers on me and it affects my attitude towards everything I do for the rest of the day.
TO IMPROVE : I do see some improvement about my attitude lately, I became a little bit more patient and contain my posture when I'm in a heated conversation. Because of that, I think I am capable of changing my attitude
10. Sleeping Habit
I consider myself a person who has a hard time falling asleep. I need to either tired myself out or just force myself to sleep. Most of the time, I wake up in the middle of the night and cannot fall back to sleep. I envy people who can easily fall asleep whenever they want.
TO IMPROVE : I just want at least 8 hours of sleep without feeling restless the next day.

Update: I'm planning to change my blog's name to "theepolkadotlady" to something else. I have not decided it yet but I have some few ideal names I should change it with.
