We all have those days when we are feeling down and we do not know why.
So here are 10 things I do when I am feeling down :
1. Doodle and do some Calligraphy
I enjoy calligraphy every since I could remember. I have always doodle random houses when I was a kid and it actually helps me cope with loneliness. Lately I have been into lettering calligraphy. I follow some awesome people on Instagram. I can just watch them lettering all day everyday. Lol
2. Listen to a good music
Just plugging my headphone and listen to my favorite songs sometimes helps me feel a little bit more alive when I am feeling down. To tell you guys the truth, because of K-pop and some J-pop music I fell in love listening to beats. I may not speak the language, but I love listening to their music.
3. Clean and organized
I am the type of person who enjoy organizing stuff and sometimes cleaning helps me clear out mind from stress I am feeling that day. I tend to have that OCD for a day type of feeling. I clean and scrub things to be super clean. Maybe that's why I enjoy going to the Container store or Ikea so much. I'm fascinated about things that are in proportionately aligned.
4. Talk to a good friend over the phone
Nothing beats to talking to a friend over the phone. Sometimes when I have some personal problems at home, or myself I tend to talk a friend about it and maybe get a different point of view about my problems.
5. Freshen up my surrounding
This is connected to cleaning and organizing. Just freshening up my surrounding helps me when I am feeling a little blue that day. And sometimes when I feel like my mind is disoriented. Having a clear spaces helps me to feel a little bit better about myself.
6. Take a good afternoon nap
Waking up from short or a long nap is one of the best Therapy to take away from feeling down. Sometimes our body just tells us to rest and reenergize.
7. Enjoy a good meal or a good drink
Eating delicious meal or drink just makes me happy. I have and always will be a food lover. I mean in my belief the best therapy is to eat good hearty food with family or friends that you want to enjoy the meal with.
8. Retail Therapy
I admit I buy things that makes me a little bit happy. well sometimes more than happy. I mean I do not want to sound like I am materialistic person, but sometimes spoiling yourself it's a good therapy. It's always good to remind myself that I deserved a reward for working hard that week or that day.
9. Spend time with friends
I believe that sometimes spending some time with friends, can be really helpful. We talk about our feelings, we share our thoughts and just cheer up one another. A good laugh is all I need sometimes.
10. Take a deep breathe and always remember it's okay to be sad once a while.
Just doing some breathing exercise helps me to clear my mind.

Well that's all for now...
While I was writing this blog post, I still cannot believe the news about last month's news about one of the famous boyband's member SHINEE committed suicide. Although I was not his biggest fan, I never felt so heart broke towards him and everybody who knew him personally.
And as I read his last will, I got really emotional reading about it. It just reminds me how precious people in our lives is. I myself experience the heartache of losing a friend like that.
He may rest in peace.
