2019 #4: GOALS FOR 2019

Like I said on my "Look back at 2018" blog post, 2018 was really the year of possibilities for me. I made a lot of unrealistic goals that I simply forgotten and ignored. Nevertheless I did some goals that I stick with through out the year of 2018. I was indeed proud of those accomplishment that I did.

Enough about 2018, let's talk about goals for 2019.

I did some evaluation and took out some goals that I know I will eventually forget and made some bullet proof list of goals I want to do this year.

1. LOWER MY DEBT AND SAVE MONEY AT THE SAME TIME.
This is a biggest struggle I had to deal for a couple of years now. My debit was up and down constantly because of all the unexpected expenses I had to pay or purchase during my wedding planning, trips, and my usual impulse buying. However I did pay off two of my credit cards at the end of the year of 2018. So that was a plus for me! Yay! Now I only have to deal with three credit cards starting this year.
Also I did reach my savings goal number of 2018, so I was really happy about that too. I made sure I put all the money where it belongs first before I start my impulse buying myself.

Goal: Overall my goals for my financial issues are to lower three of my remaining credit card while I have several saving account going on at the same time. I want to have extra funds for me to use when I have those emergency event happened in my life.

2. FIX MY TEETH AND GET NEW PRESCRIPTION EYE GLASSES

I think this year my teeth and my eyesight will be my priority as well. I keep putting them on the bottom of my goal list every year. Maybe I was not motivated enough to do something about it before. My eyesight is becoming worst and my teeth are uneven and yellowish color now.

Goal : My hubbybear and I will make our first dentist appointment this month hopefully, this year I will gain a new smile and get a new prescription eye glasses this year.

3. TO GAIN A NEW SKILL/HOBBY

My life is a routine. Work-home-work-home and repeat button. This year I want to change about me. I want to gain a new skill and maybe a hobby that I will enjoy on my spare time.

Goal : I am planning to subscribe to this learning skill website that offer a variety of skill that can help me to be more creative and just be a part of a new community that I always have an interested into. I will keep you guys update about this on my future blog posts.

4. CONSTANT BLOGGING, NEW CONTENT, REVAMPING MY PAGE.

I must say that I am proud of myself for doing a great job last year with my constant blogging. Another Yay! Even though other months I was really lacking on the blog posts, I manage to get back on it again and not be discourage about it. I had an original goal number of blog post last year, unfortunately I did not reach my goal number. Nevertheless, I managed to write 71 blog posts last year and that number to me is so impressive enough.

Goal : This year I want to add new content in my blog such as trying to cook simple food recipes that I enjoy, product reviews, more makeup haul, and maybe ootd? Also I will revamping the style of my main page blog and maybe change my domain name.  As for my goal number of blog post this year? Well, I think if I can just focus on just writing constantly blogging and no pressure of reaching a certain goal number, I think I will be fine. I will let everything play out on it's own.

5.NEW ADVENTURES DATES WITH MY HUBBYBEAR OR CLOSEST FRIENDS.

Last year, I was so blessed to travel with my hubbybear in Hawaii and went on trip with my closest friends in San Diego on the Summer time and go on a mini honeymoon trip with my hubby in Santa Cruz. The interactive Museum, the new found love good mood food, and the get-together parties that I have attended; all of those adventures that I experienced last year was really fun. I loved that I get to share all of those memories with you guys here in my blog

Goal : I can't wait to share with you guys all of the up-coming trips that I am going to this year. I have two trips that I am going to. And I have some new places that I really want to try.

6. TO HAVE A ME-TIME DAY FOR MYSELF

Yes sometimes this girl needs some quite alone time for herself. I think my introvert brain would like that to happen to me this year. My 2018 was filled either with sick days, work schedule, or out and about days. I never have enough time to take a breather on my own. I am in constant battle with finding time and not enough time in my life.

Goal : To do a self-love to myself. I need to take time to relax more without feeling missing out if I slow down. Maybe plan a spa-day just for me this year. Listen to a self-motivated playlist or read a book.

Well that's for now....

I have not purchased my main monthly planner yet this year. I am still looking for that perfect one.

Any recommendation guys?

HASTA-LA PASTA!

Until next time,
