2020 # 1: PLANNERS AND GOALS FOR 2020

Can you guys believe we're already through the first month of 2020? One month just flew by so quickly. Anyway, today I will talk about my new planner and goals for 2020.

----[ P L A N N E R S ]----
I am using two planners this year ^ ^

This is my main bullet journal for 2020.

I bought this bullet journal from my favorite Youtuber AmandaRachLee. She made some colorful unique and high-quality stationery like a doodle style bullet journal. There are 12 different monthly themes that I really like and it has monthly habit trackers, favorites, goal setting, and mood trackers.

And my second planner is what I called my "brain dump" blog post idea journal. I write down all the new ideas I have for my blog, so I'll have the motivation to write and post more here on my blog page.

1.  FINISH/PAY-OFF ONE OF MY MAIN CREDIT CARD - I have three main credit cards that I am currently using right now. Some of them are almost reaching the credit limit that was offered to me. I mention this in my previous blog post, that I became more reckless on my spending habits last year and it made a big impact on my debt ratio.
Goal: I want to pay off at least one of my main credit cards towards the end of the year. All I need to do is to do my Debt Snowball method whereas I priorities one of the credit cards that has a high percentage of interest and pays more than the minimum payment of the credit card. If I reach this goal, I will definitely use that extra money to put it on savings and pay off the next credit card that I want to pay off as well.

2. WEIGHT-LOSS (-20 LBS A MUST!) - I know I think I mention this million times before here in my blog that I do want to lose weight. I have been an overweight person almost half of my life. What can I say I love food and food loves me. Just kidding. I gradually gain weight because of a lack of exercise and a poor proper diet.
Goal: I want to slowly come back to a routine going to the gym and I bought a book and app on my phone that will help me do some proper exercise that I can follow. I will try to document all the progress of this fitness journey of mine this year.

3. FINISH READING BOOKS ( AT LEAST 3 BOOKS!) - I started reading fiction books again last year. I was really proud of myself to able to finish reading two books last year. I got into it again because I want to extend my knowledge and have a new habit that I can do without using any technology.

Goal: By the end of the year, I want to finish reading 3 books. I want to explore more genres of books. I am interested in self-serving books, and motivational books as well.

4. PAYING OFF MY STUDENT LOAN - Since 2009, I have this student loan that I have been paying each month. However, there was one year that I had to pause the payment for my student loan because I was not able to make any payment for a while. Therefore it did prolong my student loan for more than 10 years.

Goal:  By the end of the year, I am confident that I will fully pay-off my student loan. I just need to be consistent with my payment each month. This goal is another milestone and I am determined to reach this goal.

5. NEW HABIT TRACKER - Ever since I got my bullet journal, I was hoping to do some habit tracker every month, so that way I can keep track of myself and d

Goal:  Having a habit tracker this year will help me to remind myself that I need to stay consistent and motivates me to get things started and see how I progress throughout period of time. Having a habit tracker will give me a sense of accomplishment and just be proud of myself that I stay committed each day.

Well, that's all for now...

Until next time,
